Introduction

Just a quick introduction to me, yes I am a qualified Chef, but not a practising one. In saying that, I will eat anything anyone puts in front of me. I am not fussy.

But when I do eat out (paying that is), I expect to be fed fresh food, and served by a friendly face. So in my restaurant reviews, I will not be a tyrant, nor will I complain, unless there is something severely wrong with what is put in front of me.

I will also be blogging about meals that I cook at home, in which I will include a recipe as simple as possible. 90% of meals I cook are just for my girlfriend and I, so usually they are easy and use one frypan (or wok) plus one saucepan.
